TrustedQA Awarded Seat on U.S. Navy LIIS Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS) Contract
RESTON, Va. — TrustedQA, Inc. (TQA), a Reston, Virginia-based defense small business, announced today that it has been awarded a seat on the U.S. Navy’s Logistics IT (LOG IT) Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), contract number N6852026D1043. The award was made by the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) on behalf of Program Executive Office, Logistics, Maintenance, and Business Systems (PEO MLB) and carries a total program ceiling value of $249.9 million over a five-year ordering period.
TQA was awarded under Lot B, the small business set-aside portion of the contract, which covers the Logistics Integrated Data Environment (L-IDE) – the Navy’s overarching logistics data hub spanning aviation readiness, maritime maintenance, and supply chain analytics across the fleet.
“This award is a direct reflection of the deep Navy logistics IT expertise our team has built over more than a decade supporting programs like DECKPLATE and AIBI,” said Neil Moyer, CEO of TrustedQA. “We are proud to bring that experience to the LIIS CMDS program and help the Navy accelerate its data modernization mission.”
Scope of Work
Under the LIIS CMDS MAC, TQA is positioned to compete for task orders supporting the continuous capability modernization, operations and sustainment, and data integration of the Navy’s L-IDE portfolio. Key systems within scope include the Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (DECKPLATE) Aviation Data Warehouse, the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) Business Intelligence Platform, and related logistics analytics environments serving 150,000+ Navy and Marine Corps users across ships, submarines, aviation squadrons, and shore installations.
The contract supports the broader LIIS acquisition strategy under PEO MLB’s LOG IT portfolio modernization program, enabling continuous delivery of integrated logistics data capabilities aligned with the Navy’s digital transformation priorities.
Why TQA
TQA brings direct, proven experience to this effort. As an active subcontractor on the NAVAIR IT Logistics Systems Life Cycle Support (IT LOG) contract, TQA currently supports DECKPLATE, one of the L-IDE’s primary aviation sub-hub systems, providing data warehouse modernization, ETL pipeline development, software engineering, and sustainment services. TQA also supports the NAVAIR Applications Integration and Business Intelligence (AIBI) program, delivering Qlik Sense analytics development, data architecture, and application migration services on the same platform stack used across the L-IDE portfolio.
With 98 employees and 85% of staff holding Secret or higher clearances, TQA offers the stability, cleared workforce, and institutional knowledge the Navy requires for mission-critical logistics IT programs.
